thanks for what you shared from your book. it’s amazing how much joseph smith did and sacrificed for the work of the Lord. i love that you pointed out that he also did the simple things. like going to church. no matter what had happened he was faithful and true.
transfers came and went in a blur- this whole week is a blur and past super quick. i’m serving with hermana wahlstrom from pittsburgh pennslyvania. she’s been serving her mission for almost a year now (when she hits her year mark i hit my half mark) and is on fire. it’s been so fun to work with her this week! she’s enthusiastic and loves the work:)
she reminds me so much of aunt kim. her mannerisms are just like kim and sometimes i feel i’m with her:) you think i’m kidding but i’m not. i love being with her. she’s inspiring and i’m excited for this transfer! it just needs to slow down a lot. it’s going too quick
victoria is being baptized this weekend and she’s happy! at church yesterday, she said the closing prayer in sunday school and then later during sacrament she leaned over and said, ” you know what? when i prayed i felt so much light. i felt so happy and i know this is right.” best. feeling. ever. there aren’t words adequate enough to explain how happy the gospel can make us. how much joy is in store.
i think it’s amazing that we are designed -so it was all planned- to have a complete joy with our Heavenly Father
well i love you all and i hope that you have a fantastic week!
alma 37:17 For he will fulfil all his promises which he shall make unto you, for he has fulfilled his promises which he has made unto our fathers.
